Jun, oftentimes called the “champagne of kombucha”, is a sparkling fermented beverage made with organic green tea and local honey from the wildflowers of the Appalachian mountains. The green tea offers a lighter, crisper taste with slight buttery undertones. The honey offers a slightly sweet finish. A SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) is used to ferment the Jun to a low alcohol content of 1% ABV.
